Meredith Lastra, RPA-C       Nicole Coates, FNP-C

River Hospital and River Family Health Center is pleased to welcome Nicole Coates, FNP-C and Meredith Lastra, RPA-C to its team of quality providers. They join Meredith Lizotte, FNP-C and Dr. David Wallace in the primary care practice located at 4 Fuller Street in Alexandria Bay.

As members of the River Family Health Center team, Ms. Coates and Ms. Lastra are accepting new patients and will provide full-spectrum family medicine for patients of all ages. Nicole Coates, FNP-C joins River Family Health Center (RFHC) after previously practicing at Advanced Asthma and Allergy of NNY and is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Meredith Lastra, RPA-C is a recent graduate of Kings College with a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. They are both looking forward to providing healthcare to members of the River Communities.

River Family Health Center (RFHC), located in the newly constructed Medical Office Building on River Hospital’s campus, provides comprehensive primary family health care services to the year round and seasonal residents of the River Communities.
