River Hospital Convenient Care Relocating into New Medical Office Building

Beginning July 1, Convenient Care, currently found inside the former building which housed the River Family Health Center, will relocate into the new Medical Office Building at 4 Fuller Street, adjacent to River Hospital. Convenient Care, designed to treat non-emergency medical conditions, will join River Family Health Center, Physical Therapy and Behavioral Health services, which all relocated to this new space in April.

“This relocation will not only allow patients to easily access Convenient Care, but also our primary care, physical therapy and behavioral health services, all under one roof. This much larger space allows for appropriate social distancing, when necessary, as well as a clean and safe environment to effectively treat our residents and visitors traveling to the 1000 Islands,” explains Amanda Rydberg, RPA-C, Director of Convenient Care.

Convenient Care provides expert care treating minor illnesses and injuries such ankle sprains and mild allergic reactions, fish hook removals, as well as DOT physicals. Convenient Care is open to all individuals over 18 months of age, Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00-3:00pm. Convenient Care will be open on Independence Day, Saturday July 4th.
