Construction Update
River Hospital is currently renovating the final areas of the Hospital that were not included during the last construction project completed in 2020. This transformation includes a fully renovated Inpatient Unit, upgraded Imaging space—where X-rays, CT scans, mammograms, and other diagnostic services are performed—along with major improvements to the river level of the Hospital! Thank you for your patience as we build for the future, we can’t wait to celebrate completion in late 2027!

Hospital View Update
You may have noticed that the beautiful view outside this window has changed as construction continues on our hospital campus. While we know the view from the waiting room will be missed, we’re excited to share that it’s not gone, it’s simply moving to the river level of the hospital, where patients and visitors will still be able to enjoy it.
This progress marks an exciting step forward for our community. Our construction project is designed to expand services, enhance patient care, and create new spaces for patients, visitors, and staff. We look forward to sharing these improvements with you as we continue to grow and better serve our region.
WHAT’S COMING SOON:
A NEW DINING SPACE WITH A VIEW: Our new dining space will provide a welcoming space for patients, families, and staff to relax and enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful river view. The space will also offer convenient access to 24/7 vending options.
EXPANDED SPECIALTY SERVICES CLOSE TO HOME: We are continuing to grow our specialty care so you can receive more services right here in our community, including:

MODERN PATIENT SPACES: The renovations will feature updated patient areas, imaging space, modern clinical spaces, and a design focused on comfort, accessibility, and improved patient experience.
