River Hospital asks all patients to pay balances in full within 30 days of service, but understands that this is sometimes not financially possible.
River Hospital is pleased to offer several solutions to our patients to resolve their balances with individualized solutions.
River Hospital also offers financing options for patients who are eligible through AccessOne. Financing options are available without a credit check to any patient who has not been in a bad debt status within the last 12 months. Financing allows patients to establish affordable payment plans spanning 12 months to 60 months to satisfy patient responsibilities. These options allow for affordable options and more time to pay without a credit check. We simply ask for an initial $25.00 good faith payment and timely monthly payments. To enroll, simply call (315)482-1235.
River Hospital offers the River Care Program to anyone that meets certain guidelines as outlined by current year Federal Poverty level guidelines.
