The River Community Clinic offers high quality healthcare at no cost to patients without health coverage.
Providing general healthcare services to patients 18 and older to include:
- Chronic Disease Management
- Routine Check-Ups
- Vaccinations
- Preventive Care
In addition to direct medical services, the clinic will work closely with River Hospital’s broader network of providers and support services to help patients navigate insurance enrollment opportunities and longer term healthcare resources whenever possible.
