River Hospital and River Family Health Center (RFHC) are pleased to welcome Chris Jewett, FNP-C to its team of quality providers. Ms. Jewett will specialize in Women’s Health services and will work alongside Dr. Andrew Ogden, Gynecologist.

“We are excited to welcome Ms. Jewett to our medical practice to further enhance the specialty services available to members of the River Communities. Ms. Jewett’s extensive knowledge in Women’s Health will be a wonderful asset to support our primary care and gynecological services,” said Amanda Rydberg RPA-C, River Hospital Associate Medical Director.

As a member of the River Family Health Center team, Ms. Jewett is accepting new patients and will provide Women’s Health services for adolescents to adults. Women’s Health services will be enhanced with the teaming of Ms. Jewett and Gynecologist, Dr. Andrew Ogden. Services include: well-woman exams, health counseling, family planning, menopause guidance and minimally invasive gynecological procedures.

Ms. Jewett joins River Family Health Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner after previously practicing at Samaritan Surgery Practice. Prior to that, Ms. Jewett practiced at River Hospital and River Family Health Center as a Registered Nurse for 12 years. She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

“I’m very thankful to have the opportunity to come back to River Hospital as a nurse practitioner in women’s health.  I am excited to be able to help women of all ages feel comfortable accessing care for a wide range of women’s health needs. Returning to River Hospital feels like coming home and I am truly looking forward to caring for the health of our community once again”, said Chris Jewett, FNP-C.

River Family Health Center, located in the newly constructed Medical Office Building on River Hospital’s campus, provides comprehensive primary family health care services to the year round and seasonal residents of the River Communities.
